How We Publish Reviews

Where the recommendations on our website come from and how we label them.

On the home page and on product pages we publish selected recommendations from people who have used our bags. They are not star ratings or an average of customer reviews; the shop does not operate a rating system.

Next to each review we state the basis on which it was created: whether the product was provided free of charge for testing, whether the statement was made as part of an advertising collaboration, or whether it is an independent user opinion. We publish only statements from people who have actually used the product described and have consented to the use of their name and statement.

We do not label a review as a "verified purchase" if no purchase was made in our shop. We do not edit the content of reviews beyond abridgement and language correction that do not change their meaning.
